The Amber Ale brewed for about 10 days because I did not have time to bottle it sooner. Here is a video of the bottling process along with a few beginners mistakes. Again, you know you can start to bottle when the bubbles are coming up about once every two minutes. I was being cautious so I put the bottles through the dishwasher twice and then I gave them a rinse with the sanitizer.
