First Steps

A couple of months ago I decided to brew my first batch of beer. I have been wanting to do this for a long time and I am glad I finally got the opportunity to finally do it. This is a blog that will focus on how to go about brewing your first batch of beer. I will be focusing on 1 gallon batches because they are simpler to make in a small kitchen and are easier to experiment with and sanitize.
